Job Summary ROLE OBJECTIVE:

    The Operations Planning Analyst will produce accurate supply and demand forecasts and complete detailed forecast variance analysis to support the Operations area in making optimum use of available resource to achieve contractually agreed service levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Contribute to formal interactions with Operations including Mission Control Meetings, Planning meetings and Monthly Operating Committee meetings
  • Produce short, medium, and long-term plans for front and/or back office Operations focusing on both supply and demand drivers.
  • Provide consultancy and auditing support in relation to unit time review activity.
  • Identify continuous improvement ideas that have a direct impact upon business performance and customer service.
  • Support delivery of change and improvement initiatives in Operations when required.
  • Support the achievement of revenue targets and both internal and contractual SLAs.
  • Ensure planning processes adhere to the Operations Management Framework (OMF) and share best practice across the planning community.
  • Undertake planned vs actual analysis and carry out detailed root cause analysis to improve planning accuracy.
  • Maintain an awareness of the key TCF issues and Operations performance against the consumer outcomes.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Good understanding of front and back office performance metrics
  • Advanced Excel knowledge essential, minimum of 2+ Years
  • Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Previous experience in a resource planning role 2+ Years
  • Knowledge of resource planning technologies such as Verint Impact 360, EG SAP, would be an advantage 1+ Years
  • Ability to disseminate large amounts of information, shape into detailed plans and reports and present conclusions
  • Ability to develop strong internal relationships and interact at all levels
  • Personally, committed to quality, delivery, and improvement
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, working to challenging deadlines

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 4 years of overall experience
  • 2+ year in role with exposure to fact finding, analysis and MIS
INTERNAL:
  • Customer service team
  • Business lines, functions (Quality, Compliance and Finance)
EXTERNAL:
  • Onshore Stakeholders
  • LOCATION: Mumbai
  • QUALIFICATION: Graduation (any discipline)

  • SALARY: Up to 400,000.00 per year
