This should include the primary responsibilities that an individual spends maximum time on. Do consider day to day tasks, short & long-term objectives, complexity of tasks, scope of thinking which is required in order to complete tasks, develop concepts or procedures etc.; extent of control, autonomy of decision making.

• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through quality scores
• Producing training materials for in-house courses
• Training new hires and conducting refresher courses
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Weekly updates on process changes
• Creating and conducting process knowledge tests
• Assist in cross functional training during peaks

Should include responsibilities for other staff if applicable, in terms of recruiting of, assessing of, training of, managing of direct reporting staff

• Should have the skill to identify the best candidates to be recruited for the job (trainees)

• LOCATION: Pune
• QUALIFICATION: 10+2 and above
• WORKING DAYS: 6 DAYS (1 rotational week off will be provided)
• SALARY OFFERED: Upto 5.5 LPA + 15% Variable
• JOB TYPE: Full-time
• EXPERIENCE: 2 yrs or more as Sr CSA/or 1+ yrs training experience
• SHIFT: Should be ready for 24/7 rotational shift (any 2 rotational off)
