• Proficient in Web Search, Search Engines, LinkedIn, CRM software, MS Office (specific MS Excel) etc.
• Identify decision-maker details such as company, website, industry, decision-makers name, business email, contact number, address, etc.
• Utilize web research to identify qualified leads.
• Assist the business development and marketing teams in implementing the strategies necessary to generate leads from inbound sources.
• Manage inbound inquiries and document accurate information on all sales activities in CRM, contact info, opportunities, etc.
