Job Summary Accounts & Finance - Manager/Senior Manager - Mumbai, The candidate should be Chartered Accountant and must have 10-15 years experience in managing the overall freight forwarding and logistics business related Finance & Accounts function. The candidate should have lead a team in his previous experience and should have complete knowledge about laws, rules and regulations, procedures etc of both direct and indirect taxation. Should possess good relationship building, negotiation, analytical and team management skills and abilities in liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and other external agencies. Would be responsible for Financial Accounting, Management Accounting & Treasury of the Organization and Automation of accounting procedures. Candidate will be responsible for Finalization of accounts and get accounts audited as per Indian GAAP, preparing cash flow, managing working capital requirements, monitoring Account receivables, Account Payables.
