Job Summary The candidate should be a Post Graduate and must have about 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in container liner / shipping agency functions. Will be responsible for efficient management of container inventory and optimum equipment utilization whilst ensuring ready availability for cargo in proper condition. He will need to ensure Equipment movement tracking and prompt updations in the system by receiving movement and activity reports from Yards, CFS, ICD's, Ports and Factory Stuffing Container Candidate will be responsible for effective Vendor Management & will have to get the best output out of vendors like CFS s, yards, depots, transporters , surveyors etc. and ensure prompt Equipment movement tracking and updations in the system by the team. Controlling & monitoring of Container Maintenance & Repair Cost without compromising on quality of Repairs / Cleaning of containers. The candidate must be capable of effectively co-ordinating with Principals ,Customers & Vendors to derive best results. He must be able lead the team effectively & ensuring to drive & implement laid down management policies deriving best possible results . The desired candidate must be able to enhance the brand value of the organization & possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
