Job Summary The candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate with over 10 years' experience in similar capacity in Container Liner Shipping Agency / Forwarding. He/ She should be able to lead a team and must possess good communication skills. He/ She should co-ordinate effectively with all departments & to ensure proactively, customer delight at the highest levels. Responsibilities include identifying sales leads and passing on the same to the Sales team, assisting customers with information relating to loading, transshipment and be good at problem solving. Must be able to independently correspond and communicate with Principals and customers.
