Job Summary
The candidate should be a Post Graduate and must have over 15 to 20 years of relevant Commercial experience in container liner / shipping agency functions. The person shall be responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company s objectives. Job responsibilities include Business development for the organisation identifying new areas for business expansion, strategic sales plans based on company s goals that will promote sales growth , capacity allocation to optimize revenue, maximize market share, manage customer support processes, market development - identify, contact, capture and retain new customers & derive customer satisfaction for the organization. The candidate must be capable of effectively co-ordinating with principals & customers to derive best results. He must be able lead the team effectively & ensuring to drive & implement laid down management policies deriving best possible results . The desired candidate must be able to enhance the brand value of the organization & possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
