We are looking for someone with a University degree in HR or Business Administration and a wide working experience 5-7 years within HR and Compensation & Benefits.


You are familiar with various types of incentives and benefits and have knowledge of building salary structures for India. We also think that you have adequate knowledge of current labor rules and negotiations. You have good skills in English, both verbal and written.
