Programmer/Analyst 3

Job Scope:

• Work with Senior Application Owner to maintain the NetSuite application

• Plan, review, and revise configurations and customization's of NetSuite as needed to meet the ever changing needs of the business

• Manage and maintain proper system access and role definitions

• Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs and dashboards

• Develop, test and deploy customized fields, forms, workflows, records and user roles to meet business requirements

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centered on the NetSuite platform

• Occasional travel as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or related experience

• A fundamental understanding of ERP in large organizations

• 5+ years of experience in the high tech environment, preferably in Netsuite application

• Experience performing complex/large scale applications deployments and employing recognized best practices

• Worked as part of cross-functional team

• Understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to: Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Order Management (Billing and Invoicing), Other business areas such as Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment

• Ability to translate business requirements into workable solutions

• Previous experience with any of the following applications is a plus: QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards

• Experience creating business requirements documents and/or other application system related documents

• Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL is beneficial
