DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a passionate Sr SQA Engineer to join the 42Q SQA team. The candidate should have good manual testing skills and also hands on experience in test automation framework development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience( BE/MCA preferably Computer Science or Electronics)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively understand the requirements and design test cases

Experience in manual and automation testing at designing framework level is must (4 to 5 years)

Experience in using Javascript based automation tools like cypress, puppeteerplaywright, etc..,

Experience in Web application and API Testing using tools like jmeter/Soapui etc..

Should have good knowledge in scripting languages like Javascript/python

Must have good knowledge in the testing process, different testing types and testingtechniques.

Should have basic knowledge of SQL and Database

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze requirements and prepare a query list. If requirements are incomplete, they needto ask meaningful questions that will yield more information and help perform testing effectively.

Write and execute test cases to find system bugs like UI and usability issues, etc..

Conduct exploratory testing.

Develop automation framework and design automation test scripts

Should have test to break attitude

Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.

Maintain high team morale.

Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.

Accurate time accounting and reporting of assigned work.

Promptly escalate issues that could potentially affect product delivery and quality that are beyond
