Job Summary

Responsibilities:

> Good knowledge on Machining process with respect to high and Medium volumes

> Complete understanding of Engineering drawings with respect to Machining Processes > Thorough knowledge on GD&T and Stack-up tolerancing > Complete knowledge on preparation of Process Design, Process Drawings > Full Knowledge on preparing PFD, PFMEA and Control Plan for Processes > Working Knowledge on Heat Treatment Processes > Selection of Process/ working knowledge on Cutting Tools > Hands-on Experience on Machining Prove-outs > Good Knowledge on Machines and features of machines > 2D/ 3D drafting software usage. AutoCAD knowledge. > Working Knowledge on Inventor > Knowledge on Cp/ CpK and Statistical Process Control tools > Working Knowledge on Inspection methods and Measuring Instruments > Good communication skills & Inter-personal skills
Qualification :
BE or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering,
Experience Required :

3 to 4 Years
