Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies: Creating innovative sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives, increase market penetration, and generate revenue growth both domestically and internationally.
2. Market research and analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Collecting and analyzing relevant data to refine sales and marketing strategies.
3. Customer relationship management: Building and strengthening customer relationships by organizing regular customer visits, providing outstanding customer service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
4. Leading a sales team: Developing a high-performing sales team by recruiting and training skilled individuals, setting goals, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback. Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
5. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Coordinating with different departments such as production, engineering, and design to ensure effective product development, timely delivery, and superior quality.
6. Sales forecasting and reporting: Preparing accurate sales forecasts, tracking market trends and competitor activities, creating insightful reports, and presenting them to the management. Offering strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
7. Participating in trade shows and exhibitions: Representing Sansera Engineering in national and international industry events and exhibitions to create brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and explore business opportunities.
8. Sales enablement: Equipping the sales team with necessary materials, tools, and training to ensure effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.
9. Continuous improvement: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sales and marketing best practices. Continuously evaluating and refining sales and marketing strategies to drive optimal results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong drive for achieving goals and delivering results.
- Proficient in market research, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
