Job Description
The Manager NPD Quality will ensure product and process quality by effectively implementing quality tools, standards, and systems. This role supports customer satisfaction and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Awareness and implementation of PPAP process audits and related documentation.
- Conduct and support PFMEA, MSA, and APQP processes.
- Awareness and control of special processes.
- Manage customer complaint handling and resolution.
- Expertise in GD&T and the 7 Quality Control (7QC) tools.
- Maintain awareness of standard room equipment and quality management systems.
- Perform supplier PPAP process audits.
- Collaborate closely with supplier and customer quality teams to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality management, preferably in NPD environments
