JOB TITLE
Architect - Asset Centric Service - Industry Cloud IM&C

ROLE
You will work in an agile cross-functional scrum engineering team of open-minded dedicated experts, collaborate with various stakeholders like customers, product managers or other teams across locations. You will have the opportunity to cover all stages and tasks within the complete software development lifecycle from design, coding, testing to quality assurance of complex product features in an international, cross-cultural environment.As a development Architect, you will be responsible to deliver complex backlog items for a product area. You will design and architect solutions in the most efficient ways reducing cost of maintenance and improving ease of usability and scalability. Your focus is to bring your product backlog into execution and in time and highly quality delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to build innovations in BTP.

As a Development Architect you will:
Work as scrum team member, together with product owner, peer colleagues, and quality specialist
Define and architect design of new features
Ability to analyze and solve complex issues in existing and new code
Embrace lean and agile software development principles
Deliver on time with high quality
Proficient overall product knowledge, and ability to learn quickly
Willingness to train/ guide the colleagues in domain & technology
Design optimal solutions with intuitive UI

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor s in Computer Science Engineering or Technology (BE/BTech) or allied branches, or Master in Computer Applications

Played an architect role in cloud area
10+ years of experience in leading development projects
Project Management education by certified PM organization or similar
Excellent programming know how and good knowledge in:
Java / J2EE/ Spring Boot programming environment / Multithreading
Server-side programming such as Node.js
Building oData services, Micro services and Cloud Foundry
SAP Business Technology Platform &CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP UI5, Fiori, ABAP knowledge will be a plus
Familiarity with DevOps model for cloud development & continuous delivery
Agile Software Engineering methodology, incl. test automation
Experience in CRM service, ERP CS is plus

IM & C is one of the focus areas driving Industry Cloud Strategy. Our diverse team of Service Management focus on service functionalities in cloud as well on premise - across multiple technologies like Fiori, HANA, ODATA and CDS. Every member is empowered to drive key topics in the team. It is an extremely passionate team with the principle of one team .
