Role

• Work asaJava developer in an agile development team according to the Scrum methodology.
• Responsible for development focusing on coding, testing, quality assurance of software features in a development team.
• Demonstrate full responsibility for accepted tasks and therefore demonstrate a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work closely together with other team members to ensure team success. Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team.

Role Requirements

• BE / BTech / MCA / MS / MTech in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology.
• Excellent knowledge of Java development with experience in Java/J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Server oriented - Knowledge in Java backend development (Tomcat, JEE, dependency injection, and more).
• Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Principles.
• Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, Jenkins, etc.? and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices.
• Working knowledge of Scrum processes, Test Driven Development, and passion for unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
• Knowledge of Microservices based software development on Cloud Foundry.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and web UI frameworks like UI5, React, Angular and other equivalent frameworksis an advantage.
• Experience of application development in the HCM and Payroll area is an advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in software development in an agile setup.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, API-driven development on Cloud Foundry is a plus.
