Developer for Customer Experience - (Products and Innovation/SAP Sales Cloud)

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Customer Experience Development team is committed to deliver best-in-class and leading edge Cloud based Sales solutions designed to meet line-of-business needs. We provide appealing products combining software, configuration, and customizing tools with a rich user experience, integrating emerging trends such as the use of Social Media and mobile devices for interaction with consumers.

The Sales and Retail Execution(REx) Development team is working in a Scrum-based agile mode designing, implementing, and releasing products as part of our CX offerings.
We are looking for experienced developers with excellent technical skills and an aptitude for translating business requirements into technical solutions.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

BE in Computer Science or equivalent
Excellent software development skills in one or more of the following languages: Java/JavaScript.
Experience in Spring Boot / NodeJS frameworks would be preferred .
Has experience in building scalable UIs using Angular/UI5.
Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage.
Strong communication skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE

7-11 years of post BE degree with software development experience in Java / Javascript.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team. Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues.

You will directly interact with internal/external customers.
Perform product design, modeling, implementation, and testing.
Work in accordance with agile development models (Scrum, Agile).
Collaboarate with Product Management and UX Designers to translate customer requests into useful product functionality.
