Human Capital Management applications to serve the best companies in the world.The platform team is looking for an energetic and dependable individual, who is passionate about solving complex system-level problems, creating scalable and highly efficient frameworks, and supporting software development across the whole business suite. A computer professional with a solid grounding in computer science, strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design is an ideal candidate for this team.

Role:

• Understand company strategy and business, design, implement and continuously improve complex backend system to support huge volume SaaS system with complex business scenarios, with high security, performance, scalability, and testability
• Liaison with Product Manager, Engineering Manager and other agile teams to align with the overall product vision and architecture design Lead best practice for clean and effective code, improve team technical level
• Lead and influence technical direction and roadmap
• Lead design reviews for engineers and provide feedback on architecture and open design questions

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university.
• 10+ years of overall software development experience,
• Solid understanding of Core Java concepts and principles,
• Java EE Web Application Technologies, SQL and familiar with data storage and management systems, internet protocols and practice, and cloud-native development methodology. Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably Scrum.
• Experience in TDD/BDD, refactoring techniques and dealing with legacy code
• Mentor junior team members and participate actively in release cycles with a sense of ownership
• Expert knowledge of OOA, OOD, UML.
• Experience in developing software on major hyper scalers (GC, AWS, Azure).
• Strong analytical skills
