Job Summary
  • Provide operational support for SAP CX customers and internal stakeholders via phone, slack, chat and tickets.
  • Fulfill client access to their Cloud Software and service
  • Review and validate customer contract data so that Cloud product is set up in a timely fashion to meet SLAs
  • Resolve known issues and document properly actions taken in ticket.
  • Work with various teams internally to solve provisioning and termination issues.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to support requests based on internal and external service level agreements (SLA)
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through individual case work
  • Participate in weekend support activities when required, provide extended hours coverage as required
  • Ensure tenant master data consistency
  • Reporting of errors to our SME and L2 team. Contribute to Root Cause Analysis.
  • Finding way to reduce incident like creation of Knowledge Base Articles and notes to deflect internal stakeholder request/issues.
