Job Description

Identify, Convert new corporate partnership opportunities to increase organization reach and raise funds.
Liaison with Govt and Corporate sector for pitch in the CSR proposal. Raise Funds to meet assigned goals in value of funds raised.

Responsible for managing the organization s existing partnerships. Ensuring that organizational fundraising targets are achieved. Identify prospective donors, manage existing database & maintain an active pipeline of donors.

Education & Experience

At least 5 years of experience in the social sector
Strong experience in team management and managing grass root CSR projects
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for social work.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Grassroots implementation of CSR projects across multiple thematic areas
Developing & executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
Streamline CSR documentation process, handle project progress and evaluation reports, institutional reporting, audit-related documentation, impact assessment, etc.

Must Have

Handling team of volunteers
Client interaction at a senior management level
Design process framework for projects including identification of KPIs and methodology to track them
Develop case studies and testimonials to help amplify the impact of the projects on various social media handles
Organise various activities such as forming steering groups, organizing campaign days, conferences and workshops.
Strong documentation and reporting as per the need of the programs.
