Job Summary
Designation: Training Specialist
Focus: Product Functional, P&C
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs on relevant Sapiens products e.g.: IDIT Usage Training, IDIT Quality Processes, including evaluations for participants and publish results
- Deliver training on P&C domain encompassing different Line of businesses e.g. Motor and Fire Support SMEs in training content development
- Liaison with SMEs, get inputs and update Training content as and when required
Requirements:
- A degree B.E / MBA / MCA / B.Com with 5 to 9 years of experience
- Passion for Training delivery
- Ability and drive to learn Sapiens products and ongoing new releases of these products
- Hands on Experience in any P&C policy admin systems is mandatory. e.g.: IDIT, Policy400, eBao, SAP, Genesys, Premia, FirstGen
- Knowledge in P&C business process and Line of Business e.g. Motor and Fire is mandatory
- Experience in handling trainings groups of 10-20 people is expected.
- Excellent presentation skills for both classroom and online training sessions
- Personal Skills: Independent worker, presentable and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Understanding of full software development life cycle and Agile methodology is preferred
- Knowledge / Experience in Software testing, Configuration, Development, Business Analysis, Project Management is an added advantage
- Relevant domain Certification e.g. Licentiate, AINS is an added advantage
