Required Skills:

• Hands on experience Hybris (minimum 1/2 end to end implementations done).
• Should able to design and Build the best Hybris Solutions.
• Should be able to guide the team of Junior developers.
• Enhance & deploy scalable eCommerce & Customer facing applications on the web.
• Customer facing skills, Presentation, Mentoring & Training.
• Developing web application by planning and executing design; implementing new technology and enhancing it; identifying work process improvements; Enforcing display standards.
• Essential Skills: Hyrbis,J2EE, Spring, Web Services, Web Applications Development; JavaScript, HTML & CSS

Ability:

• Analyze Java and Hybris code while troubleshooting issues, identify solutions, and implementing the code.
• Work with web architects and other developers to develop quality code for Java and Hybris Commerce applications.
• Write well designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Work with remote project team to perform development activities using an Agile methodology.
• Participate in regular project meetings for scrums, design, demos, etc.
• Follow development standards and contribute suggestions and improvements, when applicable.

Your competencies and qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT experience with B.E or M.S/ M.C.A.
• At least 3 years of experience with Hybris technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in Hybris development with at least 2 full lifecycle Hybris implementations.
