Hr - Intern Job in Saras Analytics
Responsibilities:
Partnering with HR Manager and Hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Working with the /organization's recruitment plan.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Screening Resumes, through ATSandotherchannels.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managersand the HR Manager
Administering appropriate company assessments
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Following up on the interview process status
Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company s organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
Networking with various institutions and social media.
Need to have a laptop and phone
Remuneration:At par with Industrial Standards
Location:Remote until the Pandemic situation eases.
