• Partnering with HR Manager and Hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  
• Working with the /organization's recruitment plan.
  
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
  
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  
• Screening Resumes, through ATSandotherchannels.
  
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managersand the HR Manager
  
• Administering appropriate company assessments
  
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
  
• Following up on the interview process status
  
• Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved
  
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  
• Staying current on the company s organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices
  
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  
• Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
  
• Networking with various institutions and social media.
