Job Summary

    Job description:

  • - Having good knowledge of ERP System, Software development, I.T management and website,
  • - Having good knowledge of software development life cycle and process flow for sales and marketing, Manufacturing, product design, warehouse management, Purchasing, Financial management, job and resource planning.
  • - Create and manage project plans define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
  • - Manage risk tracking process and leading change management system.
  • - Align project objectives with company goals and make sure project team is clear on objectives
  • - Deliver and install technology solutions after testing overall.
  • - Help project team with the design and development task.
  • - Lead process of issue identification and resolution.
  • - Monitor and manage scope and manage all documentation.
  • - Work multiple projects simultaneously
  • - Create different type of report related database & software
  • - Controlling time management.
  • - Cost estimating and developing the budget
  • - Ensuring customer satisfactions
  • - Analyzing and managing project risk
  • - Monitoring day by day progress and update
  • - Managing reports and necessary documentation
  • - Programing skill: C, C++, VB, DOT NET
  • - Reporting Tools: CRYSTAL9.0, Jasper reports

    Technical Knowledge:

  • - Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, graphs, etc.)
  • - Good Presentation & Communication Skills.
  • Should be good knowledge in ERP/SAP/ in house customizing software,
    • 1. ERP Finalizes Can handle independent along with team and self-driven for AMER
    • 2. ERP Finalizes- Can be handle independently along with team and self-driven for SGPL
    • 3. RMPRO should be sound knowledge & technical support as required
    • 4. RMS should be handle and maintaining all branches ( Amer, Jal Mahal, Pratapgarh, Sahaswan, Dharampur, Mirzapur) a). Data base management b). Technical changes and requirements c). Technical error solutions d). Data base backup- daily
    • 5. Payroll software technical support
    • 6. AMER RMS (Big Invoice & Big shipment receiving)

    For Website:

  • - Third party coordination
  • - Website development
  • - Daily inventory sheet email to 3rd party
  • - Website changes (Market dates, Images, Pricings, Discounted Collections)

  • AMER REPZIO

  • - Sales Reps Creation & Access

Salary : 5.50 Lac to 8.50 Lac per annum
Qualification :
B-Tech (Computer Science) or Equivalent & MBA/PGDBM
Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
