Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) to join our dynamic marketing team in Nashik. As a SEM specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our paid search campaigns, improving website SEO, and driving traffic to our online presence. You will execute tests, analyze data, and implement strategies that achieve the maximum return on investment (ROI) for our SEM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search Campaigns: Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • PPC Campaign Management: Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns to ensure budget adherence and maximize campaign performance.
  • Budget & Expenses: Manage campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs, stay on budget, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Website Analytics: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Bing, Advanced Web Rankings, WordPress, Joomla, and Magento. Familiarity with front-end coding is a plus!
  • Landing Page Optimization: Optimize copy and landing pages to improve search engine marketing performance.
  • Keyword Optimization: Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to target high-value keywords.
  • SEO Recommendations: Research and implement SEO recommendations, ensuring alignment with best practices for increased site visibility.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze and research competitor advertising links to inform strategy and improve performance.
  • Link Building: Develop and implement a link-building strategy to improve website authority and search rankings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into new code and content.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
  • Architectural Recommendations: Recommend changes to website architecture, content, and linking to improve SEO for target keywords.

Requirements:

  • Proven SEO Experience: Demonstrated experience with Search Engine Optimization strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proven SEM Experience: Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Performance Marketing: Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition strategies.
  • Website Analytics Tools: In-depth experience with tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
  • Bid Management Tools: Experience using bid management tools like Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, and Search Ignite.
  • A/B and Multivariate Testing: Experience conducting A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Up-to-date Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Education: BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field such as marketing, business, computer science, or related areas.
