We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with 1+ year of experience in Linux/Windows/Web Hosting to join our team in Nashik. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional support for our software products and services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Work directly with customers to identify and resolve software-related problems. Provide timely and accurate solutions.

- Software Demos: Provide software demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand the product features and functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ year in a technical support role, specifically with Linux, Windows, and Web Hosting.
