About the job

• You will be responsible for the process of ensuring product qualification and validation based on the critical and special features defined in advance quality planning across all locations
• After all requirements have been met, you will approve and release the FAT qualification methodology and the verification master plan (VMP)
• This also includes the approval of protocols and reports on product qualification
• In accordance with the validation plan, you provide support for the improvement of the methodologies
• Different stakeholders train you with regard to the test and validation methods
• As a process owner, you ensure the definition and documentation of business processes and continuously evaluate them in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and performance
• Furthermore, you will support the head of global QA/QC BPS systems in data analysis and reporting as well as in team meetings

About you

• You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering and management
• You have many years of in-depth experience as a project or production manager, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or automotive industries
• Furthermore, you have experience in the areas of product and process change management as well as in problem solving techniques such as QRQC
• In addition, you have a sound knowledge of quality management, ideally in dealing with the ISO standards 9001 and 13485 as well as GMP|GDP
• Certification as a project manager according to IPMA | PMI is also desirable
• Very good analytical skills, a good understanding of processes in a holistic way as well as a very good assertiveness and distinct communication skills complete your profile
• Fluency in English (French or Mandarin is also desirable) and a global willingness to travel (approx. 35%) is required
