Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with proven experience in both domestic and international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, executing global sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to handle complex sales processes across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management

  • Support the execution of sales strategies for domestic and international markets
  • Identify and convert prospective clients across global regions
  • Manage complete sales cycles from lead generation and presentations to negotiations and deal closures
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and international channel partners
  • Ensure all international deals comply with pricing structures, trade regulations, and documentation standards

Team Coordination & Support

  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members in managing global accounts
  • Train team members on international sales practices and cross-cultural business etiquette
  • Collaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns and lead generation efforts

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze global market trends and competitor activity in key target regions
  • Generate detailed sales reports and provide strategic insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and delivery

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in international sales and client engagement
  • Fluent in English; additional foreign language proficiency is a plus
  • Proven expertise in B2B/B2C international sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of global trade, pricing models, and cross-border documentation
  • Ability to adapt to diverse cultural settings and work across time zones
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
