Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications. You will collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document clear business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations
  • Prepare and maintain essential project documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases
  • Keep process documentation accurate and current
  • Assess potential solutions to verify alignment with business goals and requirements
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet stakeholder needs and provide actionable feedback
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
  • Adhere to established business analysis processes and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders
  • Pursue continuous professional development through training, certifications, and industry events

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience or academic exposure to eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
  • Proficiency in creating detailed BRDs, functional specifications, and use cases
  • Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and execution
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to organizational success
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
  • Proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth
