Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and agile DevOps Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building, deploying, and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration of development and operations throughout the product lifecycle. The role demands a strong understanding of container orchestration, cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and continuous delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and deployment pipelines
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and system administrators to support continuous integration and delivery
  • Automate operational processes using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Manage containerization and orchestration platforms, primarily Kubernetes and Docker
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring reliability of all environments
  • Administer and support CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, etc.
  • Participate in software architecture discussions and development activities
  • Implement streaming analysis algorithms for mission-critical data workflows
  • Translate requirements into practical DevOps solutions
  • Conduct incremental testing, monitor deployments, and resolve technical bottlenecks
  • Use open-source tools to solve infrastructure, security, and development challenges
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal security policies

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent IT experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages: Go, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Python, Bash
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Jira
  • Strong experience with Linux and Windows server administration
  • Experience with infrastructure scripting and automation tools

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service orientation
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus)
  • Familiarity with "always-up, always-available" IT operations environments
  • Strong documentation and process orientation
