Job Profile:

• Supervising construction activities particularly finishing works like Tiling, Water Proofing, Plumbing, Railing, Plastering,and Masonry.
• Planning work weekly according to the overall schedule.
• Reporting progress on daily basis to the Project Manager.
• Ensuring adequacy of resources to meet the deadlines.
• Taking measurements of work done &checking contractors' bills.
• Co-ordination, scheduling, contract preparation & monitoring-office based, working would be on various projects.
• Should be computer literate.
