Clinic Manager has to ensure the clinic should be in hygienic condition at all times, any kind of required maintenance needs to be taken care
Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups, local areas for business expansion.
To monitor lead follow ups
To convince the customer with proper detailing of treatment and motivating them to get the package booked
Ensure for properly dressed Staff
Train, develop and motivate clinic staff for performance consistency

Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
