Job Summary This position will be responsible for leading Savancy s global, multi-location, integrated programs. The program manager will be responsible for on-time, on-budget, on-specs delivery of multiple, independent projects, and leading a delivery team including project managers and account managers. The program manager will also be responsible for setting up high-quality services, exceeding client expectations, and driving revenue growth through repeat business.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role includes:
  • Building a comprehensive Integrated Program Plan from multiple independent project plans
  • Planning program execution, scheduling, resourcing, and managing project risks, quality, communication, and budget
  • Identifying connections and dependencies across all projects
  • Nurturing a culture of high standards and high-quality, on-time, on-budget, and on-specs delivery
  • Identifying all common resource utilization and creating processes to optimize use of common resources and enable more efficient planning and utilization of resources
  • Reconciling any conflicts between related tasks and dependencies and/or identifying processes by which program management can make decisions that will lead to adjustments to resources and schedules as required
  • Identifying any supporting processes and functions at a program level that also need to be incorporated and coordinated through an Integrated Program Plan
  • Development of clear processes and tools for the ongoing updating and monitoring of the Integrated Program Plan
  • Development of standards and assumptions to be used in planning across all projects with the program
  • Any other related tasks that will contribute to enabling more effective execution and achievement of Program objectives through an Integrated Plan
  • Determining and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) success related to quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, target revenue, and profitability
  • Setting up efficient processes
  • Partnering with clients and managing client relationships
  • Leading people with example
  • Delivering revenue growth through repeat business and high client satisfaction
  • Partnering with subcontractors and managing the relationships
  • Proactive reporting on status, health, and risks/concerns related to integrated program
  • Continuous optimization of processes

Required Qualification and Skills
  • Bachelor s or higher degree in Business or equivalent
  • 5+ years Program Management experience of leading multi-million dollar programs
  • 15+ years of overall experience
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification would be an asset
  • Experience in content or engineering industry would be an asset (not mandatory)
  • Open-minded, forward-thinking and well-organized

The candidate should be:
  • Eligible to work in Canada, if applying for Mississauga
  • Eligible to work in India, if applying for Mumbai or Bangalore
  • Open to travel (as needed)
