Job Summary

You will be focused on the entire sales cycle with your potential clients, from demonstrating the product to closing the deal. The role is a mix between engaging with inbound and generating outbound leads. A hunter mindset is necessary.

You will also be working closely with our counterparts in our other three offices. The candidate will have to be dynamic and have experience in interacting with executives in Fortune 500 companies. The candidate must also be comfortable working in a small but dynamic environment.

Core responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Saviom s Enterprise management products to interested prospects.
  • Generate an outbound sales pipeline through lead-generation.
  • Interacting with different stakeholders within prospect organisations- from low-level managers to C-level executives.
  • Promote internal selling with new and existing clients to expand use within organisations.
  • Provide experience and best practices in the resource and project management space to existing clients.
  • Identify and interact with strategic partners for reselling or solution providing within the market.
  • Reporting directly to the head of sales (and sometimes the CEO).

Skills and Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in lead-hunting and closing deals in markets outside of India.
  • Previous experience in selling to medium-to-large sized organisations across a variety of industries.
  • Experience and knowledge of expanding software solutions in key target markets at a rapid pace.
  • Experience in the software B2B space is a strong plus but not a must.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time-zones- US (PST) to Australia (AWST).
  • Strong Project Management conceptual knowledge. A PM certification is a plus but not a must.
  • Ability to meet sales goals and execute sales action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to strengthen and maintain relationships with key organisational figures.
