Area Business Manager - Gold Loan Job in Sbfc Finance Private Limited

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to drive and implement an effective marketing, branding and sales strategy for Gold Loan product and drive it with the Gold Loan sales team in the district in order to build SBFC into the trusted lender of choice, while ensuring sourcing is done from desired customer profiles.

Responsible for gold loan target for the region

oensure maximum branches should achieve the assigned target

oensure productivity of sales team BSM s and FOS s

Create and drive area specific marketing strategies to build the Brand of SBFC in the district

o devise new and creative ways of branding and lead generation (canopy, health camps, Lucky draws, , Branding in Autos, Bus Stands etc.) which adapt to the unique requirements of the location and help increase brand visibility

Improve branch Sales efficiency and effectiveness

o Proper area wise planning for door to door/ shop to shop activities in areas to increase customer connect.
