Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager Business Development to strengthen Techmagnate s leadership position in the digital marketing industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering high-impact digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to turn prospects into long-term clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Identify and generate leads for digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, PPC, etc.).
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital channels.
  • Conduct client research, understand key decision makers, and initiate conversations with potential prospects.
  • Develop customized sales pitches and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Set up and lead meetings between client decision-makers and senior company representatives.
  • Navigate sales objections effectively to reach positive outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions and competitor activities.

Client Retention & Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients by presenting new services and identifying additional needs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Participate in regular client meetings and post-project reviews to ensure satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Stay updated on market trends and propose new service offerings based on industry demands.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for campaign development and new distribution channels.
  • Help refine the company s unique value propositions to differentiate from competitors.

Reporting & CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate client and sales data using the company s CRM tools.
  • Submit weekly reports and sales forecasts.
  • Track sales progress and ensure targets are met.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure timely delivery of prequalification documents, vendor listings, or proposals.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDBM in Sales & Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • 3 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or B2B services.
