Branch Head Job in Sbi Mutual Fund

As a branch head, you will be responsible for

• Business Development & Sales - managing a sizable AUM & ensuring a steady increase in market share for your location.
• Increasing brand visibility & reputation of the Brand while building strong relationships with investors & key distributors (IFAs, National Distributors, State Bank Channel and Other Banks) in your location.
• Liaising with investors / distributors /banks / institutions for selling / targeting specific schemes as identified by the Business Heads/Regional Heads/Channel Heads.
• Drive Sales ofnew productlaunches and conduct regular Investor Awareness Programs, ensuring that the mobilization achieved for all the schemes of the company is the best in the industry.
• You will also be responsible for supervising branch operations, ensuring efficiency of client services & compliance while meeting the financial objectives/P&L of the branch.
• You will also promote our website & online portals to drive sales as well as manage the entire process of BTL activities for lead generation.
• Be a great team player & coordinate HR initiatives for your team to achieve peak performance levels
• Strive for success while adhering to high ethical & professional standards.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA / Graduatewith approximately 2-4 years of experience in working in the Financial Services Industry, preferably an AMC.
• Good knowledge of Equity, Debt Markets and Financial Market.
• MFD Certified
