Job Description

  • Lead and guide loan officers and support staff.
  • Set targets, evaluate performance, and provide coaching.
  • Develop strategies for business growth and achieve loan targets.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role specifically in Indian Public Bank.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan products, lending processes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent business development and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Sound understanding of financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software applications and systems.
