Job Description

  • Identify potential building owners and establish contact through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and trends in the real estate and interior design industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to generate leads and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions to meet their needs, including rental agreements, interior design services, and other related offerings.
  • Conduct site visits and provide product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our services.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements, negotiating terms and conditions to secure deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as the design and project management teams, to ensure smooth execution of contracts and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently achieving high levels of sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales presentations, and contracts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably business administration, marketing, or a related field).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, interior design, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore will be an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the city to meet clients.
