Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in law (LLB).
  

• Must have 10-12 years of relevant experience
  

• Strong experience in real estate law, company law, and industry knowledge.
  

• Should be able to read and speak in Kannada, writing in Kannada
  

• Good understanding of foreclosure and contracts
  

• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
  

• Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
