Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Legal research

  • Handle corporate litigation and appear before High courts and trial courts (civil matters)

  • Assisting senior associates and the practitioner in the High court matters

  • Submitting interim applications

  • Drafting of writ petitions, appeals etc

  • Client coordination

  • Working as a part of a team



Requirements

Requirements-

  • Candidates having 0-1 years of relevant experience as mentioned above.

  • Candidate located in Bangalore.

  • Should be able to commute on their own.

  • Languages English and Kannada. (Speaking and Reading in Kannada is mandatory)

  • Candidate must have cleared the AIBE(All India Bar Examination), BCI (Bar Council of India) or
     KSBC ( Karnataka State Bar Council)
