Job Summary
Client Acquisition and management
Monitor, mentor, and manage the team
Business development and revenue generation
Experience in Debt, general lending, borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, finance involving bonds, NCDs, debentures, etc
Actual working knowledge of IBC would be a plus point.
Drafting and finalizing applications for Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, and Corporate Applicants
Review and finalize legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts, and company compliance
Provide advisory services, negotiate settlements
Client counseling & Legal research
