• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate agreements
  

• Title/property due diligence/
  

• Coordinate for registration of property documents
  

• Advising clients about RERA compliances and deal structuring.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in law (LLB).
  

• Must have 1.5-3 years of relevant experience
  

• Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge.
  

• Must be able to read and speak in Kannada, writing in Kannada is an added advantage
  

• Good understanding of foreclosure.
  

• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
  

• Natural leader who displays sound judgement and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  

• Should be able to work independently.
  

• Should be enrolled with AIBE ( All India Bar Exam), BCI(Bar Council Of India), KSBC( Karnataka State Bar Council).
  

• Must be able to work as an individual contributor and as a team player.
