Job Description
Title/property due diligence
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate agreements
Coordinate for registration of property documents
Advising clients about RERA compliances and deal structuring
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in law (LLB)
Sound knowledge of real estate law and industry knowledge
Must be able to read and speak in Kannada, writing in Kannada is an added advantage
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
Should be enrolled with AIBE ( All India Bar Exam), BCI(Bar Council Of India), KSBC( Karnataka State Bar Council).
Must be able to work as an individual contributor and as a team player.
Must have 1 year of experience in Real estate Law
