• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate agreements
  

• Title/property due diligence
  

• Coordinate for registration of property documents
  

• Advising clients about RERA compliances and deal structuring
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in law (LLB)
  

• Must have 0-2 years of relevant experience
  

• Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge
  

• Must be able to read and speak in Marathi, writing in marathi is an added advantage
  

• Good understanding of foreclosure
  

• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
  

• Natural leader who displays sound judgement and attention to detail
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  

• Should be able to work independently
  

• Should be enrolled with AIBE ( All India Bar Exam), BCI(Bar Council Of India),
  

• Must be able to work as an individual contributor and as a team player
