Key Responsibilities

Quality Planning for NPD & Localization Projects

  • Develop and execute quality planning activities for New Product Development (NPD) and localization projects.

Claims Handling

  • Manage and resolve quality claims related to NPD, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely closure.

Child Parts Requalification

  • Conduct and document requalification activities for child parts as per defined processes.

Process Rejection Control

  • Monitor, analyze, and control process rejections related to NPD, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

4M Change Management

  • Coordinate and implement 4M changes (Man, Machine, Method, Material) to ensure quality and process stability.

Production Process Supervision

  • Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.

Customer Audits

  • Support customer audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings through effective corrective actions.

Gauging Requirements Implementation

  • Define and implement gauging requirements for NPD to ensure accurate inspection and measurement processes.

Non-Conformity Management

  • Identify and handle non-conformities according to Management Handbook (MH) guidelines, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or equivalent.

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within an automotive or manufacturing environment.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Core Quality Tools: APQP, 8D, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, and QC Tools.
  • Working knowledge of PEP Process (Product Engineering Process).
