Reports to: AVP Integrated Solutions


 Major responsibilities &deliverables:

What you will be doing
  • Responsible for creating a team culture that is built on quality, trust andsuperior specialist skill sets, that breeds success, fosters effective teamwork and relationships at the workplace, and spreads an integrated mindset among
  • all the key stakeholders
  • Implement SOPs, track budgets, follow processes, evaluate TATs and setexpectations streamlining the communication functions between stakeholdersand employees
  • Managing and tracking monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for your brandsby virtue of AOPs or quarter planning activities
  • Planning and aiding in implementation of integrated strategies on brands, bydriving business value for them
  • Establishing processes/systems for cross selling client services across the company
  • Identify opportunities within the teams to take up morebusiness/ projects and work with BD to plug the gaps

Implementing a robust schedule for following:
  • KPI Sheets for Every Client
  • Invoice / Estimate Tracking
  • P & L Management for the team
  • Collections Management
  • Manpower mapping and Salary Budgeting
  • Develop a mechanism for clients to experience the depth of our service offerings,in order to drive growth in line with company imperatives to increase the value perclient and billings per client
  • Identify opportunities for mining existing brands as well as build projects for the teamsin order to aid in meeting of targets
  • Identify and Develop PR opportunities that create a favorable image for theteam and company at large
  • Facilitating in effective payment collection from clients, to ensure company sfinancial liquidity
Experience Required :
