Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and executing targeted digital marketing strategies to promote our AI-powered dynamic pricing solutions across the travel, retail, and entertainment industries. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand awareness, generate inbound leads, and fuel customer interest by utilizing a variety of digital channels such as marketing automation, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive customer acquisition for our B2B SaaS products.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content across various platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other digital channels to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Inbound Marketing Funnel: Leverage SEO, blog posts, whitepapers, and external content platforms (e.g., Medium) to build an effective inbound lead generation funnel.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to reach target audiences, optimize spend, and achieve marketing objectives.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement email marketing initiatives, including developing compelling email content, managing subscriber lists, and tracking performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and that messaging is consistent across all channels.
- Stay Updated on Digital Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, offering insights and recommendations to refine strategies and tactics.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and areas where marketing efforts can be enhanced.
- Website & Engagement Analytics: Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and engagement, using data to refine digital strategies and improve conversion rates.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, sharing insights with management to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to develop creative marketing materials and collateral that support campaign goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS, with a focus on industries such as travel, retail, or entertainment.
- Marketing Automation: Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms, with hands-on experience in lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media channels for B2B lead generation and digital marketing.
- Email Marketing: Solid knowledge of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and automation best practices.
- Content Creation Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling content tailored to diverse audiences across various platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities, with a keen ability to leverage data to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- SEO/SEM Expertise: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and SMM best practices, along with the ability to use relevant tools to improve website traffic and performance.
- Project Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Qualification : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
