We are seeking an HR Associate to support and enhance our HR function by driving initiatives and fostering a productive and dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Work closely with the HR Manager to manage the full recruitment cycle for junior, mid, and senior-level leadership roles across both tech and business functions.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding the best talent for Sciative.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Support and optimize all HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, development, and offboarding.
    • Develop and drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Policy and Process Development:
    • Assist in building and improving HR processes, policies, and workflows that are compliant, scalable, and reflect Sciative's core values.
    • Ensure the HR function operates efficiently and aligns with the overall company goals.
  • Job Description Creation:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to design and define job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role.
    • Ensure job descriptions are updated regularly and published on relevant hiring portals.
  • HR Technology Stack:
    • Research and identify suitable technology vendors for implementing and managing HR tools.
    • Maintain, update, and organize HR tech systems during various phases, including onboarding and offboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Work with HR leadership to refine and streamline HR processes to improve employee experience and drive organizational efficiency.
    • Support data-driven HR initiatives by maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
  • Support Employee Relations and Performance Management:
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
    • Support performance management initiatives, working with managers to ensure consistent feedback, training, and development.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience as an HR professional, particularly in a tech-oriented environment. Prior experience in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR functional areas, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment and adapt to evolving HR needs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent persuasion, motivational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Technology: Familiarity with HR technologies and platforms is a plus, as is the ability to research and implement new HR tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR management systems.
