We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the HR department and contribute to building a strong organizational culture while helping us attract, develop, and retain the best talent. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, performance management, and all aspects of human resources.

Job Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company s overall business strategy.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast HR needs and plan for the recruitment, training, and development of talent.
    • Set clear HR objectives for the team and track progress toward achieving them.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and onboard the best talent in alignment with company needs.
    • Establish and manage an employer brand to make the company attractive to potential candidates, improving the overall hiring process and candidate experience.
    • Plan and organize recruitment events like campus drives, pre-placement talks, and other talent attraction activities.
  • Employee Engagement and Development
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Build and maintain career development and training programs for employees to enhance their skills and career growth within the organization.
    • Support the development and implementation of mentorship programs to improve the overall work experience.
  • Performance Management
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with company objectives.
    • Work with managers and employees to address performance issues, set clear expectations, and ensure continuous feedback loops.
    • Ensure that employees are motivated and given opportunities to grow within their roles.
  • Employee Relations and Communication
    • Act as a bridge between management and employees to address grievances, demands, and other issues in a timely manner.
    • Foster a positive work environment where open communication, respect, and trust are prioritized.
    • Ensure legal compliance across all aspects of HR management, including adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Oversee and manage the compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitive salary structures and attractive benefits packages.
    • Maintain and update pay plans and benefits programs in alignment with industry standards and company financial health.
  • HR Technology & Systems
    • Oversee the implementation and management of HR systems (including payroll and Applicant Tracking Systems).
    • Ensure that HR software tools and systems are being used effectively and efficiently, with proper reporting and data analytics.
  • Data-Driven HR Management
    • Provide management with HR metrics and insights to help with decision-making processes, such as headcount, turnover, employee satisfaction, etc.
    • Use data and metrics to improve HR strategies and ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Policy Development and Compliance
    • Design, implement, and revise HR policies that promote a healthy work environment and align with the company s evolving needs.
    • Ensure all HR activities comply with current labor laws and regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Manager for 4-6 years. Extensive experience with all aspects of Human Resources management, particularly in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Skills: People-oriented and results-driven with the ability to manage and motivate the HR team. Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data analysis to support decision-making. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Education: MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute or a similar qualification in HR.

Qualification :
MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute or a similar qualification in HR.
